I used a coat for winter when walking the dogs every pocket full of dog bags same in the summer

Not all appearances mean we have a dog, my dustbin is used as a doggy bag receptical but I do not have a dog. I wish dog walkers would take their pooh bags home as I have to put up with cleaning my bin after other peoples use. However that is better I guess than mess on the paths near my home.
