I know it sounds daft but eating locally produced honey is supposed to build tolerance to local pollens. I live in Central London but there are hives just around the corner from where I live. Even if it doesn't work it tastes delicious.

It doesn't sound daft, and I agree.

Bees don't travel very far though, only collect pollen from about two miles according to our local district Council Bee Keepers. I saw a programme on the Bee Keepers of London a few years ago. I would love to try some, but don't get to London.

That's timely, I've been coughing and sneezing this morning in Sussex. Actually it is fairly obvious that it is tree pollen.
