COPD's a bugbear,
You need much extra stuff.
Pills, tablets and inhalers.
Incase you need a puff.
I never thought I'd see the day,
When I'd buy what I've just bought.
I had to do it secretly
So I would not get caught.
My friends would never understand.
That I really had a need.
And that got really pressing
So I've finally taken heed.
What is this thing that causes
For me so much distress?
The hint is when my friends shout out.

Great poem, Don! It brought a great smile and a good start to the week. My husband doesn't have to carry meds but had to buy a bag last year as his wallet and change kept pulling his shorts down! Now I don't know what kind of vision that's just conjoured up - I'll leave you with it to figure out. Maybe he should unload his pennies more often!
I know exactly what your husband's problem was, that's what decided me to look for a bag. My hips seem to have disappeared over the years, yet most casual trousers are now of the 'hipster' kind. In past years trousers used to fit comfortably under the armpits.
