Got sleep

Hello just letting ppl no last nite I took sleeping tablet an slept very well. Also my partner told me I was snoring a bit but no weezing much at all compared to the last 5 days I was a little closed up wen I woke this morning took my pump an I feel so much better 2dsy.also no pain around my lungs, 2dsy either. Let's hope this continues xx

Sounds promising. I dread getting an infection and having to be on oral steroids - t's as if I'm 'wired'. Can't sleep hardly at all. Amazing what's on Radio 4 in the middle of the night! My husband retreats to another bedroom and leaves me to it. x

Oh I hear you. Not cause of watever is going on with me cause I haven't had test yet still waiting six weeks later. But I do have Insomnia very bad since the age of about 11.so I do sympathise. I try an find a good boxset.so to Watch. I don't no if I had an infection or not my Dr just keeps telling to Wsit 4 my tests. Xxx

Is there nothing that works 4 u. I take 15mg zoplicone 3 times a week. I don't take them every nite as it's not good 4 me so I get sleep a few nitrs a week. Xx

That's good, Poppy. If you can't sleep things are so much harder to deal with. If you've had antibiotics that will be why they're waiting for six weeks before going on to do the tests. Good luck with them. Sue

No I've not had anything I j St had a better nite last nite. I'm still waiting 4 lung function tests. I still haven't had a proper diagnosis. Xx
