I've just opened up the posts to find that everthing is two days old. How can that be? I was on here yesterday and had newer posts.

It's me having a senior moment! Nice to know you are all here today after all.

Glad all sorted MoyB. Have a good day. Xxxxxx

I know the feeling. My current favourite trick is walking into my local co-op and standing there mouth open trying to remember why I have gone in! Fortunately I know them all in there and they make suggestions! :) x

That sounds soooo familiar! The only difference is that ours is Tesco.

in reply to MoyB

I have a Tesco Express locally too, but I cover up better in there coz it's bigger. I just start wandering the aisles hoping inspiration will follow. x

Glad you said that as I've been looking for someone to talk to today and had no response to any posts I was starting to think I'd upset people on here somehow and that's made me feel even lower as feeling alone today.

Have you put posts in here (the BLF) or another lung site (COPD Friends)?

in reply to mrsmummy

It was probably copd friends sorry I'm a bit confused today not feeling so great

I don't think they have as large a membership so there will be fewer replies. Being ill is bad enough without feeling low as well. I hope now you are here you will find something to lift your mood. :)

Thank you for your kindness and your time just so run down and weak today and very emotional.Thank you for responding.x

It is why we are here. Why not try a post on BLF? :)

Don't go feeling alone - we're all here!

Thank you Moyb don't want to seem like the guy that's always an emotional wreck but not coping well today hardly slept a wink last night due to this virus and my mood x

I'm sure we all have our days like that - I know I do sometimes. I've been so glad of the support from this site. There are plenty of lovely people just waiting to offer words of encouragement.

If you have a virus and didn't sleep you must be feeling really rotten today - perhaps you'll get some sleep tonight (hopefully) and you will feel a bit better tomorrow. Are you taking anything to help with the symptoms of the virus? I find a couple of paracetamol are as good as anything and keeping hydrated is important.

Of course, if you are anything like me, keeping hydrated is followed by frequent trips to the loo so if you're not feeling great you might have to tie your legs in a knot!

Hope you feel better soon!

xx Moy
