Well after 3 weeks of throat chest and lung infection my peak flow dropped to 400, was up at 450 for a few years.
Been back doing weights cardio and all the usual gym stuff.
Used my peak flow today and it's nearly up at 450.
back at work tomorrow after 2 weeks off, needs must.

3 years ago my fev1% was 79/82%. Yep had my flu jag on the Monday and by the Wednesday I had a throat infection Chest infection and lower left lung infection.

Keep well 1968, watch out for them bugs when you return to work. Well done to reach 450, wish I could mine averages between 250/350. Well Done!!
