I've just completed 3 weeks of 5 days each week attending the gym ,I am feeling much better and have far more energy ,so it's true exersise is a positive thing for us with breathing problems ,you all know my story so I'm not going to bore you with it again ,enough to say ,. ,, the reason I'm doing all this exersise is simple ,the consultant wanted me to think about supplementary oxygen,,. My reply ,,, yes I've thought about it ,and that's the end of that ,I've worked hard going to the gym ( when well) twice a week since 2008 to keep as well as possible ,,,,,sadly my levels dropped when last tested ,( due to other health problems I was unable to exersise ) I told him I would work hard to get my levels up again ,,,. He's giving me 3 months then I'll have another test ,,,,I'm working so hard at the gym the trainers are helping me soo much ,,,,I just wanted to give myself a pat in the back for what I'm trying to achieve ,. And for what I've achieved the last 3weeks. Positive mental attitude ,🏋️♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️👏👏
