Thankyou ,

Can I please say a huge Thankyou to you all for your best wishes for my friend ,I really appreciate you taking the time to send " me " your comforting words , please God be with her ,and you all ,,through tough times .thankyou once again ,

On a different level ,I had my lung function tests today ,,,and I was surprised and a little shocked when he started talking about me possibly using oxygen when out and about ,I knew my levels had dropped ,,,as I haven't exercised much this year due to a bad winter health wise ,then the prolapse due to all the coughing,,but I glad no idea how much ,,, as you all know I was diagnosed back in 1992 ,,,and stopped smoking immediately, and made a promise to myself that I would do everything in my power to avoid having to have supplementary oxygen ,and I have to say ,IVE WORKED DAM HARD ,,. I said please give some time to get exersising again ,,,,I've completed the PR Course,,,,and I WILL get those numbers up ,. ,so ,, I'm now on Montelucast ,,, and I see him again end of December ,so I've got about 11/12 weeks ( not sure) to get fit ,,,,OR ,,,,ELSE,,,,,oh I did joke with him and said I won't need it for out and about anyway , ,because I won't be out and about ,,,,, so it will be going to the gym 3/4 times a week ,whew wish me luck ,🤔💊😳😟👍🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏊‍♀️🚴🏻. 🛀🛀🛌💤

Thankyou Jessy ,it was a struggle today ,the trainer thinks I'd be better doing 5 times a week for 40minutes ,giving me a quicker recovery time ,and I've been introduced to the chest press machine today ,,,,that was easy ,,,,then he said right now do 10 of them 3 more times ,, ,zzzzz,,,I'm not going to overdo it or rush anything ,,, but I will do it ,😘👍🚴🏻🏋️‍♀️🚶‍♀️💤x

Thank you Sue ,I know your right !,,the trainer at the gym has cut me down to 40 minutes session ,15 on tread mill ,10 on bike,10 on hand bike and then chest press 3 repitions of 10 , 5 days a week instead of 2 days ,,and we will build up ,,,he's going to speak with the PR team later today to see if they agree,,,, I'm sooo lucky to have such lovely people to help me ,,,,they all know from my first PR back in 2008 that I had a few aims ,1 to walk over our canal bridge ,,,,,2 to able to fly abroad on holiday ,,, 3 ... never to require supplementary oxygen ,,,, I DID achieve all of them,,,,,,until ,,,,,,well no jetting off abroad for the last 4 years ,but I'm still going to aim for the two ,, ,,they know I'll work hard to accomplish it .i'll put a post on every few weeks with updates on improvement ,haha 😘😘😢😩💤💤💤💤🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏋🏼🏊‍♀️🚵‍♀️🛀🛀🛀🛀🛀🛀🛀

I am hoping and praying you will be able to accomplish your goals and avoid going on oxygen, and just getting yourself in better shape overall.
