Just getting over my cold and exacerbation and am pleased that I went to the gym today. First time for ages, and I really must try and keep motivated. It's too soon to be taking on colds as the winter isn't even upon us.

Good for you, vere. It's really hard to get back into the exercise routine after an exacerbation. Take it steady to start with.

That's great you have your first session back under your belt 😊 give yourself plenty of time to build your fitness level up. Use your sanitizing gel/foam all the time if you are in public places.I'm going to try Vicks 'First Defense' this Winter after any trips out. I seem to be very fortunate that I don't catch many colds/ chest infections 😷it could be to do with living in the middle of nowhere. Think well , Stay well, 🍁🌂🌞huff

Well, I live in Bristol which is well known for being bad air. Whereabouts are you?

I will take your advice re sanitising foam. Your comments are very welcome.

I'm on Anglesey Vere, the air is pretty good most of the time.

"Virus season" is September to March. I hate it too!
