Have used it for many years and hope to use it for many years to come. Certainly makes a difference, unlike ACV. Ha Ha.

Like the others, I have used it for years. No problems.

I used this for ages but couldn't get used to the capsule. I now have the powder inhaler version instead. x

What is it called? I have heard of Spiriva Handihaler which has the capsules and Spiriva Respimat which is a mist but not the powder inhaler version so curious what they call it?

Thank you

Using spiriva Respimat inhaler seems better than capsule

Been on spireva for three years nurse changed it as it was reported sometimes the capsule doesn't break properly and so two months ago was given inhalation powder called umeclidinium bromide 55gm but seriously think this isn't as good as spireva so on Friday I'm going to change it back because since I've been on it I've used two emergency packs and feel worse
