Happy Saturday everyone, hope yours are all OK.

Just had a lazy day with the wife, went for tea and scones, wander about the shops and back home for dinner and a DVD.

Busy old time at work traveling all over the place so glad for the weekends.

Weather is turning rubishy now, rain rain and more rain.

Busy decorating the house again, bathroom all done, kitchen all done including new flooring, main bedroom all done next is living room and dining room.

Just getting ready for Christmas so I can sit and relax lol

My son is off to Sanfransico in October with the school, visiting Apple, silicon valley and Alcatraz's, what an adventure, wish it was us lol

When I was at school we went to the Glasgow Zoo, all change now though.

March my other son is off to Valencia with the school, football training with Valencia to train with the head coach and to meet the football team.

Health wize I'm doing OK, think I have this bullous emphysema under control, still doing the usual exercise twice per day, try to eat a good healthy balance, defo no smoking and avoid smoky situations.
