You have come to the right place justice. Try not to worry too much but it's natural to fear what we don't understand. Your pulmonary tests should show up anything that is wrong and until then feel free to chat on here.
Hi justice76 welcome to our friendly and informative forum.
First of all try and calm down. Worrying will only make matters worse. You won't know what is wrong with you until you get the results of your pulmonary tests.
You have already mentioned some good positive things - X-ray negative, Oxygen OK, Blood OK and your Heart is Ok. You do mention that your Spirometry showed some restriction but that could be down to having an infection. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives so whatever you may have would hopefully indicate that it is mild rather than severe.
Try not to worry. If it turns out that you have any sort a lung problem there is plenty of good treatment available to help you.
The only other thing I would suggest is that if you smoke the best thing you can do to help yourself is to stop.
I think John's advice is very sensible, J. So far the signs have been good and hopefully your final diagnosis will be nothing dramatic. But of course you're going to worry until you get a result. That's perfectly normal, we'ld all be the same.
