A friend sent me this link on Facebook this morning about anti-inflammatory foods. It was written by Asthma.net, but I guess it could help more lung issues than just asthma. Have a read, it's really quite interesting.

A few threads of saffron in some boiled water drank as tea is suppose to be an amazing anti inflammatory and brilliant for depression too .
