Hi Valerie, it's good to hear that you're doing ok. I don't know where you live but we have sunshine and it's heavy and humid. Stay in until the weather improves and look after yourself. Sue x

Good morning Valerie. I had a poor night - Merlin had me up a few times wanting to go in the garden, and you know what it is like.....can't settle back into sleep mode, so I read a bit, had a cup of tea, glared at Merlin sound asleep on his bed, did a bit on my computer, made plans for today, got all my crafting stuff out and laid it tidily on another table in the conservatory...by that time it was quite light and not raining. Had my shower and medication, gave Merlin his pills, gave him his lead and it had started raining again by then so we got no further than about 50 yards - Merlin turned for home and so did I. It's breezy now with showers. Blackbirds have been fed several times and I am now procrastinating..... watching a lots of sparrows playing in the garden...it's so good to see their return after several years of declining numbers. Going to have a coffee and start on making some cards. I am worrying about a neighbour - she is 80 and has been diagnosed with breast cancer; they have called her in today to have blood transfusions prior to her operation on Wednesday. It's been put off once so I hope all will be straightforward for her now.

Wrap up if you go out - it has got a little cooler.

Oh sorry you didn't have a good night you will have to get a cat nap later hope you're neighbour is OK yes the birds are beautiful I watched a magpie having a bath in the gutter of a neighbour house hope get a nap later x

Oh sorry it's bad for you I've only just got c.o.p.d so I suppose I'm looky carnt go up and down the stairs with anything in my hand as I get out of breath I've got a blue inhaler x

Do you have a respiratory nurse? I'd have a chat with her about being short of breath going up stairs. I was like that and they also gave me a preventer inhaler which helped. x

Hi the nurse gave me a green inhaler today so I now have blue and green inhaler she said I'm stag 2 so hopefully it will help and I won't be as bad going up and down steps thank you for your help x

Hi..sorry I'm not very good at getting around things and I've only just seen that you only live a mile away from me. I've never seen a green inhaler can I ask what it's called please. Take care...ps where abouts are you...
