Morning walk

Had a lovely morning with the wife today. Went out for a nice breakfast, then for a leisurely stroll through the town park, took some pics and walked home through the suburbs.

That's my exercise for the day. I am officially confining myself to my chair until this evening when we're off out for dinner as I am absolutely shattered!

Thank you Sassy. It was nice to get out, although I am paying for it a tad now lol. Looking forward to tonight, it's a dinner held by our local MP for some of her constituents. Should be interesting xx

The meal was lovely, thank you. Great food, and listening to our local MP and the Deputy Mayor for London speak about local issues was rather interesting. Especially when they mentioned that Sadiq Kahn is looking to tackle the air pollution in London. That will help us all a great deal.

Hi John, Thank you. It was a good day today, and my wife took pictures, so we've captured some of those memories too

Hey there scorpiolass - I don't go out every day, sometimes its a struggle just walking round the house, you know? But when I can, and do, I like to try and enjoy a long walk to make up for the times I can't.
