Heart Attacks : Cutting Thew The Layers Of FAT to get to the MEAT of STORY

When Is FAT not FAT ... When it's part of your bodies metabolism WHAT do i mean well there is good fat and there is bad fat.

Sure we all heard story's seen TV adverts WELL when your ill and suffering from stomach absorsioun issues or IBS it's not always easy to eat healthy as all the good things your apost to eat can irritate your Bowles Stomach.

When you add that to pre-existing conditions THE prognosis can be quite grim with regard your health and beauty esp when you start suffering blood serum metabolic deficancy's

Anyway we have all heard read to story's about high low cholesterol being bad for you WELL that's only half the story.

Here is interesting Video : princetonhealthusa.com/vide...

Quite surprised me ... But I love blood proteins and microscopes SO investigated claims further and is quite true what the say about heart health cholesterol good fats and bad fats.

Basically WE should have our cholesterol checked ASKING about OUR HDL good fats v LDL bad fats numbers.

The protein we get defiant in is called GLUTATHIONE that is ALSO refferd to as New AGE ANTIOXIDENT that you get from eating drinking healthy WELL providing you have no health issues and are.

But as I know to well THAT is not always down to us IT's down to our conditions and stomach inflammation so taking GLUTATHIONE supplement would not work unless it was carried in a Liposomal she'll as stomach inflammation absorsion issues acid would destroy it before it did any good.

READ more here: cebudailynews.inquirer.net/...

Luckily the do soap and is in whitening effect of some toothpaste and the do skin cream THAT given nature of GLUTATHIONE will enter blood stream from skin.

But even tho that process happens with your SkIN there is not enough evidence to say weather it would do you any good that way.

I must stress THAT you are allways best talking to your own GP about cholesterol HDL & LDL numbers and what it means to you.

What about the effects of medication? In my case since 1982 I remain at 300 pounds but now with Congestive Cardiac Failure, with fluid overload on top of that!! and the only way, it seems' they can address it is by an IV Bolus as the oral water tablets never work and being in hospital twice inside 5 months with pulmonary oedema!! you have to wonder, what's going on.

In regards to exercise' I used to walk 30 miles a week, but it never reduced my weight but I would agree, that these pills prescribed for various reasons, obviously tweet this and that in ones body, for better or worse outcomes, and when it comes to obscure side effects, the answer seems to be!! the qualities of the medications far outweighs the side effects, leaving you' either bloated!! or obese.

In my opinion diet doesn't really come into it, as its always the medication effects on ones body but of course, you get blamed for eating too much or not exercising regardless if you can walk or are exercise intolerant, through illness. I am sensitive to a lot of things including odours, laundry & cooking aromas, can't wear any form of aftershave to perfumed products, allergic to many medications & antibiotics and the lists goes on yet, I am sure' like me' you always think its something that you are doing to cause these things to happen and the medical profession, never mention the weight gain by prescription drugs or perhaps over the counter drugs if you'll that way, inclined.

I've been there' done it, and continue to suffer with worsening heart failure, but then' you have to weight up the pros & cons of any medications and if it is keeping you alive' then I think its difficult knowing of the terrible side effects yet, when' there are no alternatives.

I suppose the brilliance of Consultants & Doctors with their array of tools and experience, are human too' and therefore' unless they have the advantage of knowing what these drugs do and somehow try to make a care plan to suit your needs and maybe it will take several tweets before the combination of drugs for your case, works. I think its a two way relationship between Patient & Doctor as to, how best to proceed & its not always easy, but you' have to adhere' to these plans, knowing their skills & the hope it will stabilise you, regardless of other nasty developments in the process.
