AFTERNOON TEA, ZUMBA AND CATS

I'm just off to meet my friend for afternoon tea - we do this every three weeks and is very therapeutic putting the world to rights!

My three furkids are Hector, Mollie and Pepparuby (the little black baby) my cats do keep me sane and happy

Since children have left home I'm blessed with one granddaughter - she keeps me fit so much so i have gone back to doing my Zumba again and although i want to do well my breathing stops me but slow And surely I'm getting there.

This disease is silent but i'll not let it have me.
