Time for the pub ,dad

A couple of photos of my best pal Toby. At around 12:30 in the afternoon he begins to remind me that it's getting time to go for our afternoon pint at the campsite bar. Where he gets the chance to be a show off to anyone that will throw his ball for him.

Hello Toby you are looking handsome as usual, not seen you for a while.🐶

He definitely seems to be looking after you. Isn't it funny how our little friends like to get in on the photo.

He's very photogenic, not, as you can see like me.🍺👍😎🇵🇹

Good morning canalchris and hello Toby - that's it - keep him on his toes - these humans have no idea of time.

Toby is a little cracker.

Thank you sassy, Lilian is busy gearing up for our return to the UK next, it's so hot down here now, we would normally have clipped Toby to the minimum but returning and dropping more than 10 degrees he, as well as we are seriously going to feel the temp change. Brrrrrrrrrrr😂X

George would love to play with Toby, he is a ball addict too. Also a stickler for time. He is our canine clock.

Hello peege, it's good to hear from you. Toby is fine although he still has his Jack Russell Terrorist tendencies. Pub time is pub time no matter how rubbish I feel. So he does get dissapointed occasionally. We are just in the process of preparing to leave 3 weeks today back to the UK.

It's 14 years since we last lived in bricks and mortar, having been on the narrowboat for 10 years and caravan int between here and the static in Wales, for the last 4/5 years. We have bought a 2 bed bungalow just outside Rhyl. So have sold this caravan , my little 125 motor scooter and managed to part -ex our Portuguese reg Volvo with an English guy who lives near hear for his UK reg transit van, this means we can get all the stuff we want to take back into our new transport.

Lilian, bless her is mega busy getting all our affairs in order, as well as looking after me of course. What a woman, amazing!!!

Wow , look at me. War and piece ,ha ha. Do hope that you are keeping well and thank you very much for remembering us. Xxx👍😎🇵🇹🍺🐶

Oh lovely news Chris. And what news eh with nother big move. Yes, bless your Lillian 💐

I thought of you because someone posted this morning asking about moving from their houseboat to the Algarve!

I moved from SW London to Gloucestershire with a 5 month stint in S of France in between. Very, very best wishes to you and hoping that you're as well as can be. Peege
