That sounds good , especially if you are already on any of these drugs separately I like the idea of one dose a day easier to remember. But the inhaler idea might not work for me as I use powered and this may be so for many others too. But it sounds a better option for many and hits the spot better so to speak, thanks for the link. Wonder How long before it gets prescribed in this country i.e UK .

It has just been made available in New Zealand. I have been on it for just over a week. I use it instead of Spiriva. Took me a bit of time to get used to synchronising my breathing in, with my releasing the dosage, but I have managed that and found it to be very good. Two doses in the morning last all day. I sometimes feel SOB at night, but I just use my Ventolin.
