Hi Camilla, you can also get a mouth spray called Glandosane from the doctor, the one I have is lemon flavour.

Two helpful replies here Camilla.  I hope you are soon feeling much better :-)

U say dry mouth is your moth dry or are u drooling badly .

For drooling glycopperonium is the only thing we have found helpful without any adverse side effects

Hi camilla i suffer from a very dry mouth so much so I was getting very little sleep. I tried all sorts from the doctor but nothing worked. I researched and came up with Xylimelts. They are a tablet that sticks to the outside of a tooth and/or gum they slowly dissolve and lubricate the mouth. I always sleep with one in my mouth. Because they stick to the tooth/gum there is no fear of chocking or swallowing it. The relief is fantastic I now sleep in comfort. They can also be used during the daytime if needed. I have shown them to my doctor she has never heard of them and has no objection to my using them. I buy them on line from mouthulcer.co.uk they are about how £7.50 for 40 tablets. Hope this is the info you needed. Barbs x
