Hi everyone. Just an update. I'm still of work seven weeks after illness. So so tired. Went to consultant yesterday. Told me still shadow on X-ray had to av ct scan. Go back in four weeks and take four more weeks off work. So fed up. When will I feel ok.

Hi, sorry to hear you're still feeling so tired but it is completely normal.
It will take a number of weeks to feel you've turned the corner.
Your health must come first so put your work out of your mind & concentrate on getting stronger.
Do small jobs around the house that you feel you can manage without exhausting yourself.
Be good to yourself! Read books, browse online, watch TV or DVDs.
Relax & rest, eat well, take your meds, light exercise & I hope you feel better soon 🌷
