Trying to stay positive.

Saw my Dr today and got my latest chest xray results. It seems there are obvious signs of bullous emphysemic changes. I still feel ok in my self, yes I do get a little breathless at times but I am still walking around fine and doing my daily duties. I guess I was just expecting better news.

2 yrs ago they told me I had a touch of emphysema, now both my lungs are affected. Oh well, keep up with the walking and exercises, keep laughing and stay positive .

All the best, ditowler. The positive mental attitude helps a lot.

Hello ditowler,

Your last sentence is the key - I am sure of that. Keep on the way you are, I do not think in my own honest opinion, that you need any more advice :-D

Hi Diane, your positive attitude will help tremendously with your outlook on life.

I believe it helps to be optimistic about our lung conditions & if we feel well, we are well.

As long as you're able, keep eating well, exercising, take your meds & most of all enjoy your life.

Take care & keep well 💐
