Update from Mattcass.

Well here's a day I never thought i'd see even from the day I got out of hospital in june I mantained I would go back to work, I have a back to work medical on Friday at 2pm, The Gp is amazed the level i am at and the Chest & Lung are behind me making sure I have the right equipment to make sure I will be safe, 6 months ago when Fran N Mark Emma were called to my bedside as I did not have long to last twice, it's taken a lot of hard work with the help from my family and friends and and Consultants and all your kind words and support.
