Hi

If you have been diagnosed with COPD have you had a look at the BLF COPD patient passport.

Our COPD patient passport can help you find out whether you're receiving the care you're entitled to, and what to do if not.

It only takes about 10 minutes to complete it online passport.blf.org.uk/.

You'll receive a personalised passport to discuss with your doctor or nurse.

Give it a go.

Regards

Mark

Hi Mark would love to join a breath easy group but there are none anywhere on Anglesey. There is a suggestion of starting your own but I'm afraid I'm not very good at organising more a background helper, love to know if anyone is interested in this area. I would be willing to help xxx
