I have both and I would advise you to check with your doctor or Nurse Practitioner. Good luck :)

Hi, i have no idea what K2 is, but as for vitamin c...absolutely.

In fact vitamin C alone is not enough, your body needs a lot more than that. If you don't live in a sunny country like i do then vitamin D is essential.

Every day i take an over 50's multivitamin, plus i juice raw vegetables which i then add to a blender with loads of fruit. I make enough for 3 glasses throughout the day. This gives me all the vitamins and nutrients i need.

I have been doing this for 5 years now and in all that time i have not had a cold or flu.

I was put on a diuretic to treat my swollen feet. The doctor thought by going for a pea more often would affect my potassium levels. To counter this I have to take Span K tablets every day. I also eat a banana a day.

K is the chemical symbol for potassium. You should have had a blood test to find out what your potassium levels are.

Hi tamariki

I thought bananas increased mucous! I loved them, especially in a sandwich (banana butties yum yum), but now avoid them like the plague. You might want to check.

Potassium is a chemical element with symbol K but you appear to be confusing this with the vitamin K2.

My Potassium level was good, K2 is a Cardiovascular Support,

I have emphysema and I take both of those vitamins each day.

COPD is emphysema. They are not separate from eachother.
