Please see below, details of two workshops being held in North West London by an organisation called 365 Response, who are working alongside NHS North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups.

As part of our continuing commitment to improving

hospital transport we will be holding two focus group

workshops in January 2016 to discuss hospital

transport.
