Pollution

Just in case anyone has not heard the news this morning. Warning of air pollution for Thursday 17th December 2015. Seems it is only for one day and will not cover the whole of the U.K.

Thanks for the warning...the BLF have posted some tips too.

It seems us in the North East Midlands will have a high pollution level.....does the Sahara dust wait til it gets here before dumping itself!

Looks like I will be staying in tomorrow, and it's a good thing my car is already dirty.

Thanks for the warning...l live in the East Midlands.

l have been to the hairdressers today to have my highlights done...the stylist spent two hours coughing over me and the shampoo girl 10 minutes sneezing over me !!

Looks like l am in for a fun Christmas if l've picked up their germs.

yes don't need sat nav with the glow from that ,we had a funeral at 2 in the afternoon wasn't expecting to be so late , ended up being a taxi service for dawns dad his car broke the aa took it away to his brothers work place , dawns dad , wife , and daughter came back to ours on bus as I didn't have room in car as I had taken back seats out when I took stuff to the dump , then we picked him up from bus stop then he realises he left his electric key and house key in the car the aa had taken so had to take him to get them then take them home , so busy day

heh heh...you are so funny - dogs are lovely - they keep on giving.....

Went outside a while ago and - although we were told the pollution wouldn't extend this far to the north west, I could definitely feel a tightening.

We are yellow number 4 on the pollution level. But my breathing has been getting worse for the last 4 days

I am sorry. It is very likely that this stuff has been steadily getting moved about in the atmosphere, and today they just expect it to be the worst - it says it should have gone by tomorrow, but your body knows best I think.

I hope you are able to stay indoors and will be feeling much better by tomorrow.
