Pink disease

I think it is a lung disease, the web page mentioned by Stone just doesn't seem right to me. I had Pink's Disease as a baby and it wasn't until nearly 60 years later, when I went to Papworth Hospital, that anyone had heard of it, it was related in some way to whooping cough and, to cut a long story short, I was left with COPD Bronchiecstasis for which I have been treated for the last 15 years.

I am not autistic in any way although, coincidentally, I have 3 granddaughters who are. Take care. Love Lizzy x

It is mercury poisoning, found in teething powder and many baby products, banned in 1947.
