It's been a long hard 7 weeks to complete the tests and weight reduction to get below the BMI level but it's all done now and I lost nearly 2 stone, Even if it does not happen I am getting stronger every week and when I think 3 months ago how bad I really was anything is a bonus healthwise, Will keep you updated tomorrow.Matt

Good luck matt. I just can't shift those bloomimg 6kg I need to shift before I get my assessment. It would be great to know what happens during it. I think its the assessment that scares me most!
