Thanks Chrissie789 and thanks Coughalot2 for answering to my questions, I am still very uneasy with this COPD, I will take all the advice I can get to feel better and try not to worry to much.. At almost 67 yrs old, I thought that I would have been enjoying my pension with my family and grandchildren, and BANG , this thing hit me hard, I started feeling tired and developed sore muscles for a few months ago, but the sudden breathlessness got me, Thanks once again.

Hi and you will be enjoying your pension and family trust me. You will just have to do things a bit slower that's all. There are people on here who are severe and very severe who still have a good quality of life. Add an 'e' to copd and it becomes coped :) x

Thanks Gerald999, it sure was interesting reading the article you sent me. I will try my best to adhere to it. I have no intentions of giving up as I was teaching my 4 year old grandson RC model flying this summer and I noticed that my muscles were aching more than usual and took longer time to recover, now I know that it must be due to my lung function problem which I did not know till 3days ago{COPD- Moderate) that I already had. Never mind, I shall start exercising more and take all precautions from falling ill.
