Okey dokey folks, after so many very kind comments and requests I am intending to write my lifestyle up in the next few days....and the post it up.
No one was more surprised than me with most recent spirometry, but show what can be achieved-hope it works for everyone with COPD, tho not sure it takes into account individual genes ?
