Morning everyone, I managed to do a load of gardening over 2 days, I hadnt been able to do it myself for 3 years. Now my asthma is finally under umder control and my pain relief tweeked to be effective. It was fantastic . Just need to work on weak muscles and stamina from being confined to the chair and house forso long. Who knows maybe next summer I could have a walk in the fells with my little Spaniel.😊😊😊😊😊

Hello Judith

That's great news.

What a lovely little incentive you have there, your spaniel, to get your stamina built up.

I have a feeling it won't be long until you are both out on long walks together.

Keep well

Velvet xx

Judith I honestly think that gardening is the best exercise that one can get. I try and get out into the garden every day even if its for just half an hour. Not able to do any digging or lift anything but my husband is able to do all of that for me. I hate the winter months when I have to stay inside. We had a good clear out in the garden this year as I was finding it harder to keep everything nice, anything that needed constant cutting back or things that should flower and didn't I got my husband to dig out. The result being is that I can now concentrate on the nice plants (clematis).
