So I joined the depression site. .
But it is time to get back to my family. ..
As from tomorrow we are all taking up swimming again.
In fact we all taking up life again. ...

I went swimming too yesterday, in a big pool for the first time for over 20 years. Managed 12 lengths, gasping for breath at times despite taking Ventolin before I started. How did you all do, Andy?

Am very sorry that I can't reply in full to all of you.
I know it only takes a minute for you to write a line or two..
But for me it can be quite an effort. ..
We not long come back from the beach and the swimming pools that we sometimes use in a hotel that we lived in before I bought this house...We stayed there for over 7 months and the staff always asking when we are coming back to see them...They love the boys.
It has got me thinking about a swimming pool again. ..as I have always lived with a pool the boys could swim from 18 months old.
Now swimming is the only exercise I can do in this very hot claimant. ..
I will have to work on that...

The weather is miserable here today, grey, cold and wet. I will be thinking of you swimming, enjoying the sunshine and eating that amazing food.
