Helping to breathe better

HEY hope everyone is having a good day for breathing.I have had oxygen since 2011. I have found for shotness of breath I use EUCALYPTUS. Or when I think I need extra help I take 1 capsule of Breath Free,this product is made of herbs. It's at ''organicindiausa.com.. If I remember. It's pretty cheap.take care all.

Louisiana is my User name - I live in Norfolk, England...it's been very hot for us, but having lived in y our country for many a year, I know how utterly hot and humid your Summers are (hardly ever survived them and I wasn't ill then!!!) Take care!! :)

I sometimes use Vicks in hot water and breath in the fumes...it also has eucalyptus. Been doing this since I was a kid living on the farm, nearest town and GP over 15 miles away, so a bowl of hot water, spoonful of vicks and a towel works wonders.

I find a dab of Olbas Oil up each nostril helps me. :)

Thats what i do,i get some hot water put the oil in a breath it in,but i get sick of the smell...
