Best of luck for today......does the pursed lip breathing help when you get stressed?

Take care

yes I suppose it does ,it's having too be flat I don't like but last time they were very good with me

I am always worried about having to lay flat like that. I do yoga breathing before going down to theatre and that calms me down. My surgeon was so good and did a great quick job - not in the theatre for any longer than 45 mins each time.

Good Luck Dorothy! I had both my eyes done back in 2012 and the difference was amazing. Only 52 at the time and the cataracts grew quickly for me going from just a corner of the right eye at one optician test in December 2011 to almost blind in that eye and the left eye going the same way by June 2012. Now I can see better than ever and don't need to wear glasses except for seeing some of the very small print.

Good luck, try and think of happy times and places, xx
