Shortness of breath, dry cough, coughing with blood

Chest infections and pneumonia,I was diagnosed in February.Bone lesions which I need to know if this is because of plch.

Hello sisters.how are you.my friend also diagnosed with plch. He have breathing problem,coughing with blood, and fever at every night .Please share your treatment procedure.

After ct scan & biopsy my friend was diagnosed with PLCH.he have coughing with blood, chest pain, breathing problem, fever at night. Doctors suggest him lots of test. And after that they may suggest chemo.is that treatment process going right? Please tell me about your experience and what treatments are u doing?
