I have been following these blogs for a while so thought it was time to say hello and ask a question.

I have to use oxygen at least15 hours a day / night COPD and just been on holiday to Spain and was shocked by the price of a 2 week cost of insurance it was nearly £400 does anyone have any suggestions, except stay in England.

I was on oxygen then the lung specialist gave me a tablet to try it's called uniphyllin and since I've been taking them I've hardly had to use my oxygen take two or three weeks to start working but what a differance they've made to me feel a lot better can do things which I couldn't do without oxygen ask your lung specialist about them they really do help
