A seriously ill man is lying in his hospital bed on a ventilator. the man's family and the hospital chaplain gather round to comfort him. the man gestures for a pen and paper, writes a brief note, hands it to the chaplain and passes away. the chaplain reads out the man's dying words, 'Help, your standing on my oxygen tube.'
