Just a reminder for members, in case they don't access the BLF website, that their helpline is open during working hours to offer advice to people living with lung conditions or their carers. They have been busy lately in the UK because of the pollution problem, so you may have to wait. I have rung in the past and they got back to me to help with my query.

You can also email them. Phone no. is 03000 030 555.

The BLF also publish leaflets, which I found invaluable when I was first diagnosed and just handed two inhalers. They also fund raise for research, and help organise Breathe Easy clubs .

If you have any concerns they will try to help.
