Dida Tablets.

Does anyone on here take Dida tablets or capsules for digestive problems. Recently heard about them and am wondering whether to try them or not.

Ask your GP what he thinks when you see him this week, these seem a little expensive and you may be able to get something on prescription to help.

CONTENT Per daily intake of 2 tablets:

Oregano (Origanum heracleoticum) 5:1 equal to 1500 mg dried herb-300mg

Olive leaves (Olea europaea) 5:1 equal to 1000 mg dried herb-200mg

Potmarigold (Calendula officinalis) 5:1 equal to 750mg dried herb-150mg

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) 5:1 equal to 750mg dried herb-150mg

Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) 5:1 equal to 500mg dried herb-100mg

Cloves (Eugenia caryophyllus) 5:1 equal to 500mg dried herb-100mg

Garlic (Allium sativum 5% alliin) 15:1 equal to 1000mg dried herb-67mg

Cinnamon oil (Cinnamomum zeyl oil) 10mg Fennel oil (Foeniculum vulgare oil) 6mg

Peppermint oil (Mentha x Piperita oil) 6mg

Good morning Doublcee, I have been taking 3 tablets a day of Dida for the last 3 weeks,I read about them in the Saga magazine, not sure if they are doing any good, but it's worth a try, I am not on any other medication, so hopefully they will do no harm. Regards Bulpit
