Hi everyone

Hope you all had a good weekend.

I've been having trouble with my stomach

which I decided was heartburn. Now I'm

Thinking lactose intolerance. Just wondered if any of you deal with that

condition.

Thanks

Rubyxx 😊

It is interesting that things that seem to happen with this lung condition. My hubby used to be able to eat everything and anything, but during one particularly bad flare up he had an anaphylactic reaction requiring a blue light trip to the hospital. Didn't think much of it and the hospital said it was probably the antibiotic he was on. Then they started happening regularly, always during a flare up, we were both worn out by this and happened to mention it to his physio and she wondered if it was food. Anyway we ended up paying for a private test and it seems that he cannot have cow's milk or pineapple. Since then he has only had one episode (and that was our fault), we now have goat's milk at home or soya when out, use soya spread and watch what ingredients there are in food if we eat out. Talk to your GP and I hope he is understanding.

You seem to like to try sort things out for yourself Ruby. Be a good idea to go to the doctors, meanwhile it won't hurt to try Lactose free milk and other substitutes. Keep well.

Hi Ruby, could you try to have a "low heartburn food" diet and also try some probiotics? xxx
