Hi everyone hope you're all well as can be. I have a quick question regarding my nose. It feels like I'm breathing in dry air!! I know this sounds weird but it feels even weirder. The top of my nose feels like I should have a really bad cold but I don't and as j say feels like I'm inhaling dry air. Anyone else feel this xx

I nose a lot about this subject! I had it drilled, irrigated broken and cauterized over several occasions.

My favorite trick when this happens is to put some vicks (be careful if you are on O2) or petroleum jelly around the bottom of my nose. It seems to help lubricate things up there.

I used to suffer terribly with sinus etc but found this to really help. Also any steam inhalation would help put some humidity back up there.

When it is really bad you can use a mild salt water solution to drip up one nostril and it will come out of the other. Doesn't sound pleasant but the resulting feeling is worth the effort.

Oh your poor nose. Thank you. It's not actually dry. It's only when I breathe on it feels dry at the top of my nose and throat. Weird as I said lol x
