Mullein tea update

Happy Valentines, to all, week two on Mullein Tea update can report a further slight increase in my peak flow, little set back beginning of week with a quite a big drop, but have recovered that back and a bit more, I think the set back was due to the nature of the disease, than any thing to do with mullein tea, I must say it seems to be having a positive effect
