Turmeric saga

Hi everyone

Just a little addition to our turmeric info.Regularly drinking turmeric tea can

ease joint pain better than aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen. How? By shutting

down pain-triggering hormones. 2 cups daily.

Hope everyone is keeping warm and well. How many of us are fighting the flu?

I for one. Achey and chills all week.

Take care

Rubyxx :-)

I could do with some now! Been to body pump with the young lassies. Who said age is only a number? Will be back at the gym Sunday for my Kettlebells. For all you doubters it's worth it (even though I sit down for most of it and don't do any weights. I'm the granny of the class but I love it!

Love to all

Hi Ruby

I typed up a lengthy reply and it disappeared but no not overdoing it just having fun. My body is buzzing surely I must sleep tonight. Every night I turn and see the clock 20 or 30 mins later no wonder I'm tired. Can't wait for Sunday.

I'm enjoying it whilst I can.

Xxx

Hi maximonkey,

I myself haven't used the tea bags.

They have them on line. Even some with ginger. Or they also have ideas to make it yourself. I'm going to order some tea bags.

Let me know how you like it.

Tablets are good. I also have a salt shaker with turmeric and black pepper in it.

That works out well also. Remember black pepper helps it be absorbed better. Have a great day

You can order tea bags on line. Or make your own. I use the pills myself. I have never tried the tea bags. Let me know if you try them.
