a little help for degreework

Dear Everyone who is an active visitor of this site,

My name is Judit Bergmann. I have been living in the UK for 3 years now. I will soon be graduating from Budapest Business School (majored in tourism) and I have started on my degreework (thesis) about speleothearpy (cave therapy) which takes place in the cave Szemlő-hegy in Budapest, Hungary and its role in the hungarian tourism market.

For this degreework I have to undertake primary research to prove my hypothesis which is definitely the major and essential part of the whole work I am looking for people who are suffering any kind of respiratory disease (asthma, allergy, bronchitis, COPD…etc.).

I would like to ask people's opinion on an alternative treatment of respiratory diseases by filling out a questionnaire. This survey is completely anonymous and the information gathered will be used for presenting the results in my degreework.

I would really appreciate if you could spend a little time to fill out this questionnaire and contribute my forthcoming graduation!! Without your opinion my research won’t be evaluable.
