Going to be some more artic temps. In good old new jersey usa through the weekend. Just wanted to share a natural remedy for leg cramps. A spoonful of yellow mustard. It works. Ive done it.
I forgot about it when Sokrackers asked.

You eat it. Ihave used this.I used to get leg cramps. Another amazing home remedy is rubbing vicks on the bottom of your feet for coughing alot. You can put socks on of course. This one I havent tried as I don't cough when I'm trying to sleep. From what I've read it works. But they don't understand why. Try it you might like it June.
Also good for toenail fungus
that works.
