Hi everyone ,a bit of advice please, I have developed a tight chest and painful cough over the weekend, I have no rescue meds and wonder if you could recommend anything. I'm sure I read a post recently that said lem sip were not a good remedy.i have bronchestices ,I'm really worried about ending up in hospital as happened last Easter. Thanking you in anticipation. Hi ,I am sorry that you are feeling poorly. Can you ring 111 if you are in the UK, and ask for advice. When I have done that at the weekend here they make me an appointment to see an out of hours doctor. Best wishes

Good advice there. Always make sure you have a rescue pack as this is when you need it. x

Grasso 97, hi just read your post I see you had very good advice! I'm sure you would have acted on that? So Hope you are on some medication and a littke more settled
