1 Get to Doc's for 8.20am for INR warfarin blood test.

2 Fit to breath class 9.00am (1 hour of torture/exercise)

3 Worcester Hospital 12.30 Bone Scan (steroids for 4 years)

4 Worcester hospital 1.30 pm chest x ray (Docs orders)

5 Home collapse in chair Afternoon ZZZZzzzzzzz

BTW showed a friend your video and she said "ooh, hes fit isnt he? whats his name? Where does he live? How old is he?" I said "Hes married" and she was most disappointed but continued raving about how fit you were to do all that exercise with breathing condition. (be a bit hard to do without a condition of breathing though wouldnt it), So Tony, you have another fan. And Tonys wife, don't worry I will keep my fried in check lol. xx
