I have had graves disease for 7 years and on carbimazole,the symptoms of palpitations,breathlessness when walking ,exerting myself,feeling hot and anxious never seem to go inspite of when thyroid was within normal range.Over last 6 weeks my thyroid has gone underactive but still have symptoms of overactive thyroid can this happen? I am now on thyroxine aswell as carbimazole and propranolol.Also if I go out in cold windy weather it feels like it taking my breath away,is this normal of a lot of people?
