A quick update

Just a quick update on my Mum for those of you that are interested.

She finally saw a consultant today who said he wasn't convinced that she had COPD! He is now taking a sputum sample to test for old TB and Pseudononum. She has already been told that she has pseudononum but because it is isolated the consultant isnt too concerned. He looked back on her xray from october and said that that was normal. Nothing sinister and nothing to worry about. He wants to see her in 2mths.

Hi Kim what a change around how relieved you must all be feeling at the moment.Shouldnt have had to wait so long your poor mum really suffered in that time love her.But its good news so sit back and enjoy the holidays all of you.Blessings Janexx

Thank you Jane. Yes if only she had been seen sooner maybe she wouldn't have had to go through all that angst. Obviously there is still something there but hopefully the consultant knows what he is doing and doesn't seem too concerned. Look after yourself. Kim x
